How the inquiry builder works

The inquiry form prepares a sourcing brief in your browser. Preparing, previewing, copying or downloading a brief does not submit it to FLONCO Global. The form does not store your entries in local storage or use a customer database.

When you choose to send

The email option opens your email application with a prepared message. The WhatsApp option opens WhatsApp with the brief in the message field; information in that link is handled by WhatsApp when opened. You choose whether to send the message. These services process information under their own privacy terms.

Information you include

The form asks for your contact details, company if applicable, product requirement, quantity, destination, timing and requested services. Share only information needed to discuss the inquiry. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal records.

Communication with FLONCO

When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you include and use it to understand your requirements and communicate with you. Before sharing product or shipment information with a supplier, inspection provider or logistics provider, the appropriate scope should be agreed.

Website hosting

This version has no advertising pixels or optional analytics added by FLONCO. The hosting provider may process technical request information required to deliver the website.

To ask about information you have sent or request a correction or deletion, contact contact@floncoglobal.com. Downloaded or copied briefs remain under your control on your own device.
